Russia struck Kryvyi Rih on the afternoon of June 12. An air alert was declared in the Dnipropetrovsk region amid the threat of ballistics, according to the head of the Defense Council of Kryvyi Rih, Oleksandr Vilkul, and the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Kryvyi Rih. There was an explosion. Do not film or post anything online," Vilkul writes.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of ballistic weapons from Crimea and a high-speed target in the direction of Kryvyi Rih.
According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhii Lysak, Russians hit the residential sector of the city. Preliminary, there are victims. Details are being clarified.
"The air raid alert continues. Do not leave safe places until the alert is over," Lysak adds.

Overnight, Russians fired six missiles, including a Kinzhal, and 24 kamikaze drones at Ukraine. The Ukrainian Air Defense Forces shot down five missiles and all the Shaheds.
In particular, explosions were heard in Kyiv and Odesa. The Russian attack also resulted in a fire at an industrial facility in Kyiv region, injuring one person.
