Leandro Trossard has claimed that one Arsenal player has an ‘unbelievable’ presence when on the pitch.

Trossard in awe over William Saliba’s ‘presence’ when playing for Arsenal
Speaking to the Premier League’s official YouTube channel, Trossard shared his awe over the calmness he feels when William Saliba is playing for Arsenal, with the defender establishing himself this season as one of the best in the world.
The centre-back played every minute of Premier League football this campaign, with Saliba now set for a starting role for France at this summer’s Euros having impressed so much for Arsenal this year.

Indeed, Alan Shearer named Saliba in his Premier League Team of the Season, and it’s no real surprise that teammates like Trossard are in awe over how much the Arsenal squad feels the defender’s presence.
Trossard said when asked about Saliba’s impact on the pitch for Arsenal: “He gives that calmness to the team, especially in the backline, and his presence there is unbelievable.”

At 23-years-old, it feels almost illegal that Saliva could somehow get better than he currently is, with the defender already ranked amongst one of the best in the world despite his age and lack of international experience.
Yet there is a real chance that in a few years, Saliba could become the most feared defender in the Premier League, with the Arsenal superstar yet to face a foe that has really challenged him.
At his current trajectory, Saliba could find himself amongst the Virgil van Dijks and Antonio Rudigers of world football, with Arsenal truly lucky in what they have with the French international.
