The Alabama Crimson Tide have landed their first special teams commitment under head coach Kalen DeBoer.

On Saturday, recently offered punter Alex Asparuhov announced his commitment to Bama’s program. His decision was made during a multi-day official visit to Tuscaloosa, which is still underway for Asparuhov and his family.

Alabama extended an offer to Asparuhov after the Tide’s Special Team Camp last weekend. He has also recently received offers from Florida and Oklahoma. The Gators received an official visit from the No. 3 kicker (per Kohl’s Kicking) earlier this week.

Stay tuned to BOL for more coverage on Asparuhov’s commitment and this weekend’s official visitors.
