The coalition's collapse was anticipated, as far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir had been lobbying for inclusion in the forum.
Netanyahu is expected to make key decisions regarding the war in small, special meetings without Ben-Gvir, with final approval requiring the broader security cabinet's consent.
War in Israel
