In the early hours of June 18, another oil depot in Russia was hit—this time in the Temryuk district of the Krasnodar region, citing Astra.

According to the report, around midnight on June 18, residents of the Temryuk district reported explosions in local chat groups.

The attack targeted a terminal for the transshipment of bulk oil products and chemical cargoes of LLC Yugneftekhimtransit in the village of Chushka. A fire broke out, damaging the pipeline and technical facilities.

"Preliminary reports suggest the attack was carried out using Ukrainian Neptune missiles," the statement said.

Also, on the night of June 18, drone attacks targeted oil terminals in the Rostov region, causing a major fire. Videos and photos of the massive blaze in the city of Azov following the drone attack have already surfaced online.

In 2024, Ukraine began striking Russian refineries and oil depots to reduce Moscow's military potential. According to the Pentagon, Ukrainian drone attacks on Russia's energy infrastructure have disabled 14% of the country's refining capacity.
