When the 2023 Iowa football season came to close, it meant the Hawkeye defensive line career of Joe Evans and Logan Lee would come to a close. That left a massive leadership role up front of the Hawkeyes.
This fall, Yahya Black and Ethan Hurkett will attempt to fill that void on the field and in the meeting room for the defensive line and how they are going about doing that as a group. They also discuss the message this summer from Coach Bell and what they think of the new freshmen who just arrived on campus.
