Russian troops strike Ukrainian energy facility

During the shelling of Ukraine on the night of June 19, Russia attacked an energy facility. It is located in one of the central regions, according to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.

"At night, Russia attacked an energy facility in the central region of Ukraine. There is damaged equipment. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine and police were called to the scene," the statement says.

In addition, overhead lines and electrical equipment were damaged in the Lviv region as a result of a nighttime Russian attack.

"285 metering points were de-energized. Restoration work is underway," the Ukrainian Energy Ministry says.

Russian shelling of Ukraine

On the night of June 19, Russia attacked Ukraine with kamikaze drones. 19 out of 21 drones were shot down by Ukrainian air defense.

Damage due to falling debris was reported in Kirovohrad and Lviv regions.

In particular, 2 people were injured in a village near Lviv. In addition, Russia struck a research institute in Lviv.
