With National Smoothie Day on Friday, numerous brands including Planet Smoothie are offering enticing deals to get you through the door and hydrated on a range of unique flavors.

Planet Smoothie is offering free drinks

On June 21, Planet Smoothie is one of the many brands and businesses to be offering deals and promotions for National Smoothie Day.

In a press release on Wednesday, Planet Smoothie revealed that they would be offering a free 20oz Lunar Lemonade smoothie to all customers nationwide. Unfortunately, the freebie is only available between the hours of 2 pm and 5 pm.

“We are thrilled to join in the celebrations and offer our guests a refreshing treat on us!” said Nicole Butcher, senior director of marketing at Kahala Brands, parent company of Planet Smoothie. “We are also immensely grateful to those customers who have made Planet Smoothie a part of their lives. We think National Smoothie Day is a wonderful opportunity for us to express that gratitude and celebrate our customers’ unwavering loyalty and dedication to the brand as well as invite new guests to try Planet Smoothie for the first time.”

If there’s not a Planet Smoothie nearby or you just generally dislike the brand, there are countless other potential smoothie avenues to explore.

Firstly, Jamba Juice is giving away 16-ounce smoothies for $1 in two different flavors, the Mango-a-Go-Go, and the Strawberry Whirl Smoothie. Again, this deal is only running from 3 pm to 6 pm.

At Smoothie King, customers can expect the usual free upgrades from the 20-ounce size to the 32-ounce size. Healthy Rewards members will also get triple points the entire day while also being entered into a $5,000 sweepstakes.
