FSB agent planning attacks on fuel depots detained in Zaporizhzhya

According to the investigation, the suspect is a 47-year-old unemployed resident of Zaporizhzhya. Authorities said the man drove around the city, recording the geolocations of fuel and lubricant storage sites. He also tracked the movement of fuel trucks heading toward the southern front.

He was supposed to pass the collected information to his handlers in the form of annotated Google Maps with detailed descriptions of potential targets.

The suspect was caught red-handed while conducting further reconnaissance near a critical infrastructure facility.

Detained on treason charges, the man now faces life imprisonment if convicted.
