A woman was taken to hospital after she was attacked at a Madness gig.
Police and paramedics were called to Dreamland in Margate after a disturbance erupted at the seafront venue.
A woman suffered injuries during the incident shortly before 9.40pm on Friday, June 14, and was taken to hospital for treatment.
“Inquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing and officers are keen to speak to the woman involved, who has yet to come forward,” a police spokesman said.
The full extent of the nature of her injuries was not confirmed by police.
Madness headlined the Dreamland stage as part of this year’s Margate Summer Series and their own C’est La Vie tour.
They are off the back of a Number One studio album in the UK with Theatre of the Absurd Presents C’est La Vie, knocking the likes of Drake out of the way in November.

Graham McPherson, best known by his nickname Suggs, joined the band in 1977.
