The latest chapter in the ongoing "Megxit" saga finds Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's alleged refusal to accept sole responsibility for their strained relationship with Prince William and Kate, Princess of Wales — this is despite their well-publicized criticisms of the royal institution.

This comes amid the Prince of Wales celebrating his 42nd birthday on Friday, June 21, which led his future queen to share on Instagram: "Happy birthday Papa, we all love you so much! Cx." This touching message came with a photo taken by the princess of the monarch-in-waiting frolicking at the beach with their three children in May.
The insider's remarks follow those of royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams who recently shared: "You never know what may happen," when speaking about a possible end to the long-running feud. "I think it's abundantly clear that any rift is undesirable, and when individuals are ill who are involved in it, it makes it even more undesirable."
