Donald Trump's own fans stood up to the ex-president on Friday, voicing their disapproval when he endorsed a woman known for appearing to perform adult acts during a Beetlejuice musical.

Trump before the weekend gave a full-throated endorsement to Lauren Boebert, who has been criticized for her frequent scandals, including being caught on a security camera engaging in X-rated activities during a musical theater production.

In the endorsement, Trump stated that Boebert "is a Proven Conservative and Effective Leader who delivers for Colorado, and our America First agenda."

"She has led the fight to Impeach Joe Biden, Stop Illegal Immigration, Defend the Second Amendment, Protect our Wonderful Ranchers and Farmers, Support our Military and Veterans, Secure our Natural Resources to Pursue Energy Dominance, and Stand Up to the Radical Democrats who want to Destroy our Beautiful Country," Trump added. "Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is a trusted America First Fighter, and has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Colorado’s 4th Congressional District!"

But the endorsement didn't quite go as planned, with Trump's own supporters vowing to buck the ex-president's advice.

Many of the MAGA faithful in Trump's comments just made jokes about Boebert's sexuality, including one who said, "I would like to take Lauren to see Beetlejuice again."

Others, however, were more direct.

"AmericanGirl" wrote, "I did not appreciate her 'movie night' date."

"Every time I see her I think of her disgraceful behavior," the user then added.

"Ultra Maga" said, "Not a big fan of Boebert."

@Colgrove11, identified as "XTreme MAGA," had more grace for the lawmaker.

"I support Lauren 100% but I'd like her to get things together," the user wrote. "She had a spell where things got out of control. She can't do that again. We need her to be her solid self."

Another user wrote, "I'm sorry, Mr. President, but she's gutter trash in her private life. We don't need that in a representative position in our government."

Another user asked, "Why do you like her?"

"She's a pandering, annoying a-- clown," the user then added. "But I love you, Mr. President."
