More than 300 people attended a black-tie gala ceremony to see the winners of this year’s Newark Business Awards crowned.

The annual event which took place at Newark Showground was organised by the Advertiser under parent company Iliffe Media.

A total of £1,137.73 was raised on the night for Newark Community First Aid — the chosen charity of the night.

Newark Business Awards 2024

The Newark Aid provides high-quality, reliable and professional first aid service at events in the area and aims to supply first aid training within the community.

The evening started with a drinks reception where guests had the chance to exhibit their dresses and suits, talk to other guests and have the night started with a drink.

The event welcomed hundreds of guests who were placed between 30 tables for the different businesses and charities.
