Former Trump administration press secretary Sean Spicer gave Donald Trump some debate advice Sunday, but social media users quickly turned the recommendation against the ex-president.

Trump and President Joe Biden are gearing up to face one another in a presidential debate, and the advice is flying all around. Over the weekend, Spicer, who also famously appeared on Dancing with the Stars, gave his two cents.

"Trump should start Thursdays [sic] debate by yielding his time to Biden with a simple question: Can you name every member of your cabinet," the Republican posited.

The advice didn't land well online.

One user, @StayHomeHania, slammed Spicer's experience on TV.

"As if Dancing with the Stars in his frilly green shirt wasn't embarrassing enough, Sean goes on to lick the boots of the guy who stomped on his face," she said. "The GQP are shameless."

@JayHart909 also targeted Spicer himself.

"Or we could just ask anyone, 'Who is Sean Spicer?' and watch the blank look on their face," they wrote.

John Fugelsang wrote, "Biden should ask Trump to name his children’s birthdays."

@DevinCow added, "This is dumb, even for you."

Norman Ornstein put forth a potential reply for Biden:

"Biden: 'Table, mountain, dishwasher, iPad, branzino. I will ask you to repeat those at the end of the debate,'" he wrote. "'In the meantime, name all your wives, all the women you had sex with while married to each of them, and how many times you traveled on Jeffrey Epstein’s plane.'"

Republicans against Trump said that president "Biden should start Thursday's debate by yielding his time to Donald Trump with a simple question."

"Can you name 5 out of the Ten Commandments that you say you 'love' so much?" they wrote.
