Malawi joined the communiqué following the Peace Summit. The number of signatories to the document has increased to 88, according to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"Another African nation, Malawi, joined the first Peace Summit final communique today," said the President.
According to him, the number of peace-loving states joining global efforts to restore legal order based on the UN Charter is growing.
Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine continues to work on implementing the Peace Formula and strengthening support for the Peace Summit communiqué, as well as on achieving a just peace.
As of now, 82 states and six organizations have signed the Peace Summit Communiqué.

Following the Peace Summit, which took place on June 16-18, the participating countries and organizations signed the final communiqué.
The document, among other things, stipulates the need for Ukraine to control the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant and exchange of all prisoners.
Last week, six more signatories joined the Peace Summit communiqué.
