Taylor Swift has reacted to a tweet from actor Hugh Grant commending her and a ‘gigantic’ Travis Kelce at the Eras Tour.
Since the Eras Tour began in March 2023, Taylor Swift tickets have been worth their weight in bejeweled gold. The 34-year-old billionaire singer-songwriter has been putting on three-hour-plus shows and playing music from every single one of her albums, much to the sheer delight of fans. As it turns out, she has some incredibly famous ones too. The likes of Tom Cruise, Prince William, Selena Gomez, Paul McCartney, Emma Stone, and many more have been in attendance at one of the Cruel Summer star’s shows, and with the tour set to close out in December 2024, it looks like Hugh Grant wasn’t willing to miss out on the fun—and he wanted Tay to know it.

Game recognizes game, and Hugh is practically royalty when it comes to the movies. The 63-year-old English actor best known for classics like Bridget Jones’s Diary and Love Actually recently went to one of Tay’s Eras Tour dates at Wembley Stadium in London.
Offering praise, he also had an observation about Travis Kelce, whom she went public with in September 2023. “Dear [Taylor],” he tweeted. “You have an incredible show, an amazing and [very] hospitable team, and excellent if gigantic boyfriend (#tequilashots.).
“Thanks so much from one aging London boy, wife, and thrilled 8-year-old,” Hugh added, and you’d better believe Taylor saw and appreciated it.

Her 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs boyfriend is 6 ft 5 in (1.96 m), so it’s not hard to see why she was perhaps starstruck about the screen icon’s tweet rather than dwelling on the “gigantic” comment. The tall tight end is a Super Bowl legend, and now he has Hugh’s seal of approval. He just keeps winning.

The Paddington 2 and Wonka legend being a Swiftie has been received by fans about as well as you’d have thought—and then some.
