According to the sources of RBC-Ukraine, the body of a US Embassy attaché in Ukraine was found in one of the rooms of the Hilton Hotel in Kyiv yesterday, June 25.

The body was found around 11:00 AM. There were no signs of violence on it.

The sources added that the man arrived in Ukraine on June 15. He had high cholesterol levels.

The US Embassy has not yet commented on this information.

Attack on a US Embassy security guard

On June 16, it became known that a group of teenagers attacked a foreigner in one of Kyiv's supermarkets. They sprayed him in the face with pepper spray.

A source of RBC-Ukraine in law enforcement reported that the person attacked was an employee of the US Embassy Security Service.

The hooligans were identified within a few hours. They turned out to be three teenagers - two aged 12 and one aged 13.
