John Force moved to neuro intensive care, head injury primary concern after fiery crash

Legendary NHRA racer John Force has been moved from the trauma intensive care unit to the neuro intensive care unit. Force continues to heal from his fiery wreck that happened during his qualifying run at Virginia Nationals.

The 16-time NHRA Funny Car champion will remain in the hospital as he recovers. Doctors are mostly worried about his head injury, although no additional details on that injury have been revealed at this time.

John Force Racing put out a statement on the matter. Brittany Force, his daughter, will not race this weekend in Norwalk, Ohio as she will remain with her father during his recovery.
