Marcelo Bielsa’s Uruguay are the in-form South American team right now, with Manchester United winger Facundo Pellistri playing a key role.
Pellistri scored the scoring for Uruguay as they demolished Bolivia 5-0. The winger earned rave reviews from his national press.
He did so with a little help from his teammates, none more so than tireless Manchester United transfer target Manuel Ugarte.

He demonstrated exactly why he would be a strong addition for Manchester United’s midfield in the win over Bolivia.

Uruguay are into the knockout stages already, with a game to spare. Ugarte and Pellistri could be rested for their final group game against USA.
Midfield changes
PSG are considering a move for a midfield target of their own, Everton midfielder Amadou Onana.
This would likely free up Manuel Ugarte to make a move to Manchester United, providing a fee can be agreed.
United are in turn, expected to sell midfielder Casemiro, while Sofyan Amrabat is not expected to return after his season long loan.
But it could be a little while before Ugarte would link up with United, with Uruguay looking to go on and win the Copa America, which concludes on July 14.
