The number of combat engagements increased to 81 since the beginning of the day. The enemy is most active in the Pokrovsk and Siversk sectors, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Situation by directions
Kharkiv direction: Battles are ongoing in the Vovchansk area. The defense forces have repelled four out of five enemy assaults.
Lyman direction: The enemy attacked ten times with air support in the areas of Nevske, Makiivka, Torske, and the Serebrianske Forestry, with one battle currently ongoing.
Siversk direction: The Russians continue to show activity near Bilohorivka, Spirne, Verkhniokamianske, Ivano-Daryivka, Rozdolivka, and Vyyimka. Since the start of the day, the number of battles has increased to 19. Fourteen Russian attacks have been repelled, while five are still ongoing.
Kramatorsk direction: Three battles are ongoing in the areas of Chasiv Yar, Nove, and Ivanivske.
Pokrovsk direction: Twenty-one engagements have been recorded since the start of the day. Our defenders have repelled thirteen enemy attacks, with eight more still ongoing.
Kurakhove direction: The enemy attempted to assault five times near Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Kostyantynivka, and Paraskoviivka. One engagement is still ongoing.
Prydniprovske direction: The Russians attempted to attack near Krynky.
Frontline situation
The 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo reported a critically difficult situation in Chasiv Yar. According to the military, the enemy is relentlessly attacking head-on and attempting to encircle the town.
