Florida Gators pitcher Cade Fisher, who started nine games last season as a sophomore, has entered the NCAA transfer portal according to Pete Nakos of On3.
Fisher, a left-hander from Dalton, Ga., had 26 outings in 2024. He finished 4-3 and added a save with a 7.13 ERA.
That was a far cry from his performance one season earlier when he was a freshman All-American by Perfect Game and made the Freshman All-SEC Team. That season, Fisher appeared in 27 games, went 6-0, had two saves and a 3.10 ERA while striking out 48 batters in 49.3 innings.
