4-star WR Jeff Exinor commits to Penn State

Penn State football recruit and regional target Jeff Exinor attends McDonogh high school, which has a long history of sending high-quality players to Penn State.

Baltimore McDonogh four-star wide receiver Jeff Exinor has committed to Penn State.

He chose the Nittany Lions over the likes of Virginia Tech, Syracuse and Maryland.

Exinor is the No. 351 overall prospect and No. 52 wideout in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 9 player in Maryland.

After tripping to Happy Valley back in February, Exinor returned to PSU for an official visit earlier this month. That trip impressed the blue-chip pass-catcher — who now joins a top-20 recruiting class this cycle, according to the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.

“It was great,” Exinor said of the OV to BWI. “I mean, I’ve been up there a bunch but it still was better than expected. Just great vibes everywhere. I really got to dive deep into just how it is to live and be up there on a daily basis as well as get a sneak peak into how they envision me in their offense.”
