Russians shell Vilniansk near Zaporizhzhia: Victims, including children, reported

On the afternoon of Saturday, June 29, Russian troops attacked the town of Vilniansk in the Zaporizhzhia region. An infrastructure facility was damaged, reports Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

According to preliminary data, 6 civilians were killed in the Russian strike. Another 8 were wounded.

It is also known that a critical infrastructure facility, a shop, and residential buildings were damaged.

"We are promptly helping the injured people. We will not forgive the enemy," wrote Fedorov.

According to Fedorov, the death toll has risen to 7 people, including two children. The number of wounded has also increased, currently, 10 people are known to be injured.

Earlier today, explosions were reported in Zaporizhzhia. Later, Fedorov clarified that Russia had shelled a critical infrastructure facility in Zaporizhzhia.

On June 21, the Russians attacked the Zaporizhzhia region. High explosive bombs were used.
