A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for Abnel Devalon, a ten-month-old black male who is 2 feet tall and 15 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen in the area of the 500 block of North Congress Avenue in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The child may be in the company of Felicienne Azor-Devalon, a black female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
They may be traveling northbound to the Indiana area.
