Since the beginning of the day on June 30, there have already been 73 attacks by the occupiers on the front line. Russia's activity is most prominent in the Pokrovsk direction and the Toretsk area, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine's briefing at 13:00.
"Since the beginning of the day on June 30, the total number of enemy attacks on the front line has reached 73. The enemy is most active in the Pokrovsk direction. The situation in the combat zones remains challenging but under control by the Ukrainian Armed Forces," the report stated.
Situation on specific fronts
In theKharkiv direction, there have been no significant changes. The enemy has used aviation and bombarded residential areas in Vovchansk and Staritsa (from the Shebekino direction, Belgorod region of the Russian Federation), and Huriiv Kozachok in northern Kharkiv region.
In the Kupiansk direction, there have been four enemy attacks, one of which is ongoing in the Pishchane area.
In the Lyman direction, clashes are taking place near Makiivka and Torske. Overall, Russian forces have attempted to advance four times in this direction since the start of the day.
Battles continue near Spirne and Verkhniokamianske in the Siversk direction, where the enemy's assault actions have increased to six.
In the Kramatorsk direction, occupiers are attacking areas near Chasiv Yar and Klishchiivka. There have been a total of five assault actions since the beginning of the day.
Russian aggressors are active in the Toretsk direction, particularly in the areas of Toretsk, Pivnichne, and Pivdenne. In total, the enemy has attempted to dislodge Ukrainian Armed Forces five times. One engagement is still ongoing.
The most intense enemy activity since the beginning of the day has been observed in the Pokrovsk direction. Russian forces have attempted attacks here 23 times, with ongoing clashes reported in Vozdvyzhenka, Novoselivka Persha, and Sokil.
In the Kurakhiv direction, Russians have attempted to improve their position 15 times since the start of the day. Currently, there are no assault actions by the enemy.
In the Vremivka direction, battles are underway near Kostiantynivka and Makarivka. Three attacks since the beginning of the day have already been repelled.
There have been three engagements on the Orikhiv direction today.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy is not conducting active offensive operations. They have launched a missile strike and bombarded Ukrainian positions with artillery.
Losses of the Russian Federation in Ukraine
Russian losses in the war in Ukraine on June 30 amounted to 1,140 occupiers. Since the full-scale invasion began, the aggressor has lost a total of 542,700 soldiers. Additionally, Ukrainian forces destroyed 53 artillery systems and 46 unmanned aerial vehicles during the day.
It should be noted that from June 23 to June 30, Russia lost 8,340 military personnel. Ukrainian forces also shot down an aircraft and destroyed 1,243 units of equipment and armaments.
