Toni Kroos sends three-word message to Arsenal star after what he just did at Euro 2024

Toni Kroos has praised an Arsenal star on social media after his most recent performance at Euro 2024.

The German midfielder is enjoying his final weeks as a professional player as Kroos will hang up his boots for good at the end of the European Championship this summer, with the host nation one of the favourites to go all the way.

Germany last night beat Denmark 2-0, with Arsenal’s Kai Havertz once again winning praise from the national media for his performance, as Julian Nagelsmann looks to guide his squad to a home tournament win.

And Kroos was impressed with what he saw from Havertz last night in Dortmund.

Kroos shows Arsenal’s Kai Havertz with praise after Germany win

Taking to Instagram, Kroos replied to Havertz’s latest post after the win last night as the 25-year-old was showered with praise from his Germany teammates and friends within football, with the former Real Madrid midfielder writing: “What a game!”

With two goals and an assist for Germany in four appearances at the Euros, Havertz has been arguably Arsenal’s best player at the competition this summer, alongside centre-back William Saliba for France.

Given how much pressure Havertz was on to succeed after joining Arsenal a year ago, the 25-year-old thriving for the Gunners in 2024 and now with Germany at the Euros is a welcome sight for many supporters.

And with Germany now in the quarter-finals of the Euros, there’s a real chance that Die Mannschaft can go all the way and lift their first piece of international silverware in ten years, with Havertz the talismanic attacker.

Havertz is setting himself up for a strong second season at Arsenal

Havertz’s 2024 has been nothing short of incredible, with Mikel Arteta cracking the code at last on how to get the most out of the 25-year-old attacking midfielder and getting great results from the German as a result.

And with Havertz now impressing at the Euros, all signs point towards the former Chelsea man having a strong second season at Arsenal, where the Premier League title will be a prime objective for the forward.

Indeed, Havertz ending the summer as a European champion and one of German’s top scorers will do a lot for the Arsenal star’s confidence, and the north London side could see a new man return next month as a result.
