After a costly defeat against Panama, the USA now must collect all three points against Uruguay on July 1 to advance to the Copa America 2024 quarter-finals.
When theCopa America 2024 schedule was released, the world expected USA vs Uruguay to be a battle for first place in Group C. Instead, the host nation now must fight for their survival after earning zero points against Panama despite a valiant effort with ten men for 72 minutes.
The U.S. Men's National Team has all to play for on Monday night, while Uruguay already booked their spot in the quarter-finals. In front of a home crowd at Arrowhead Stadium, the Stars and Stripes will have 90 minutes to keep their tournament hopes alive.

Matt Turner's status heading into the match is also questionable after the keeper was subbed off at halftime with a leg injury.
