Russia drops aerial bomb on residential area in Donetsk region: Child among injured

The Russian occupiers dropped an aerial bomb on the private sector of Tsukurino, Donetsk region. Six people were wounded, including a child, according to the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

"Under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings over violations of the laws and customs of war," the statement says.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, yesterday at ten o'clock in the evening, the Russian army dropped a bomb on the town of Tsukurino. The Russian occupiers' shell hit the private sector. Preliminary, Russians struck with an FAB-500.

"As a result of the Russian attack, a 51-year-old woman and her 14-year-old daughter were injured. Also, 4 residents aged 47 to 74 were injured. The victims were diagnosed with bruises and shrapnel wounds," the statement says.

In addition, 21 households and cars were damaged by the impact of the munition.

"Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces," the press service says.

The day before, Russian occupants shelled the town of Selydove in the Donetsk region. The attack damaged a mine.

Earlier, on 28 June, Russian troops attacked New York, Donetsk region, with a guided aerial bomb. The attack killed four people and injured a child and a woman.
