This custom-designed South Jersey home is private, sits on a pond and is only 20 minutes from Atlantic City.

“It feels like you’re in your own little oasis,” said Emily Wilkins of Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty, the listing agent.
The home sits on Mill Pond, a private pond with a creek and trails around it and a beach. The neighborhood is dotted with small cabins and large homes on big lots. Many homes on the pond have docks and residents get around the neighborhood on golf carts.
