How you can rent the house from MTV’s ‘Jersey Shore’

The house in Seaside Heights with the iconic garage door can be rented for $3,500 per night.

One of the most famous houses at the Jersey Shore is now available for rent.

The six-bedroom, three-bathroom home where MTV’s “Jersey Shore” )stars Snookie, Pauly D, Jwow, Vinny, Deena, Ronnie, Sammie, Mike the Situation and Angelina fist pumped their way through four summers will cost you $3,500 per night.

Here’s the bad news: Rentals won’t start until next year.

“There are no rentals this year because the demand for tours is so strong,” said Mike Loundy of Seaside Realty.

Tours of the house are available through the Shore Store, which is attached to the house. They run everyday about every 15 minutes, Loundy said, and cost $10.

You can also get a peek inside the "Jersey Shore" house by booking a tour through the Shore Store.

Loundy wouldn’t say whether the house has any bookings yet but he did say he gets two to three inquires per day from people who want to rent it.

“It’s a surprising phenomenon,” he said. “There are people in front of the house taking pictures every day.”

The $3,500 rental price gets you a 3 p.m. check in and an 11 a.m. check out. Other services, such as catering and a DJ are available for an additional fee.

The home has previously been booked for rehearsal dinners, birthdays and other celebrations.

“Jersey Shore” aired from 2009 through 2012 with seasons one, three, five and six taking place at the Seaside Heights house. A spin-off “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” is in its seventh season.

“It’s still a very hot commodity,” Loundy said. “A lot of that has to do with the show still airing with new episodes. The cast is around regularly. They own property in the area.”

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi-LaValle also opened a boutique in Seaside Heights two years ago called, The Snooki Shop.
