It was a good evening of racing at Peterborough's Grand Prix Series last week.
West Norfolk AC members battled with 430 runners at Ferry Meadows and saw Cassie Moden finish second female, just one second off top spot.
Mitchell Bunn found himself inside the top 10 in 16min09sec. Club strongman Ryan Oakes clocked a sub-18 time, shortly followed by Lew English who finished fast.
Evie Clayton continued her good run of form by taking third under-17 in 21.52.
Thomas Elsdon had a good 3k junior race, making the top 20 in 11.37.
