Russia does not spare manpower in Pokrovsk direction: 350 military personnel killed or wounded in a day

Since the beginning of the day, there have been 136 combat clashes on the front. The most intense situation is in the Toretsk and Pokrovsk directions. On the latter, enemy losses in manpower reached 350 soldiers killed and wounded in one day, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 22:00.

In the Kharkiv direction, Russian troops, supported by aviation, have stormed our units' positions six times in the areas of Vovchansk and Hlyboke. Fighting is ongoing in Vovchansk. The situation is under control.

According to current information, during the day, the enemy has lost 144 personnel killed or wounded and 77 pieces of equipment and military vehicles. This includes the destruction of a tank, two artillery systems, 10 vehicles, four command posts, and a fuel and lubricants depot. Additionally, three cannons, one multiple rocket launcher system (MLRS), one tank, two vehicles, and two units of special equipment have been damaged. The count is ongoing.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy has attacked our positions ten times. Efforts are concentrated near Synkivka, where five attacks have been repelled, and one is ongoing. Two enemy attempts to advance near Stelmakhivka are being held back by our soldiers.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces have attacked Ukrainian defenders 16 times throughout the day in the areas of four different settlements. Six engagements are currently ongoing. The enemy is concentrating its efforts near Hrekivka and Terny. Additionally, they have attacked our positions in the areas of Nevske and Makiivka. The situation is under control.

In the Siversk direction, the enemy attempted five assaults to dislodge our defenders from positions near Ivanivka, Spirne, and Vyimka. They were unsuccessful.

In the Kramatorsk direction, there were eight failed attempts by Russia to advance near Chasiv Yar and Klyshchiivka. Currently, battles are ongoing in three locations near Kalynivka, Ivanivske, and Chasiv Yar.

The situation is tense in the Toretsk direction. Russia attacked near Deliivka, Toretsk, Pivdenne, New York, and Pivnichne 24 times. 15 engagements have concluded, with battles ongoing in nine locations.

The enemy intensely attacked Ukrainian defendersin the Pokrovsk direction. Throughout the day, aggressors increased efforts with a total of 43 assaults and advances. The highest activity of Russian troops remains near Ocheretyne, attempting to infiltrate our defensive lines from various directions. Ukrainian defenders repelled 31 attacks, with 12 engagements ongoing, particularly near Yevhenivka and Novooleksandrivka. The enemy has suffered significant losses — today our soldiers eliminated or wounded over 350 enemy military personnel. At least 11 cannons and mortars have been destroyed or damaged. Enemy losses are being verified.

In the Kurakhove direction, there have been 11 combat encounters so far today. Russia unsuccessfully attempted to advance near Heorhiivka and Paraskeviivka. Near Krasnohoriivka, where the enemy is concentrating efforts, five attacks have been repelled, and battles continue.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, four enemy assaults on the left bank of the Dnipro were unsuccessful. There have been no losses of positions.

There have been no significant changes in the situation in other directions.

The United States will provide Ukraine with missiles for air defense systems as part of a new $2.3 billion military aid package on an accelerated basis.

The upcoming aid package from the US will also include anti-tank weapons.
