Russia strikes village council in Kharkiv region: One killed and several injured

Russian troops shelled the village of Borova, Izium district, Kharkiv region. There are killed and injured, said Oleh Syniehubov, according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

"Today (3 July - ed.), at 4:50 a.m., in the village of Borova, Izium district, the enemy fired on the building of the Borova village council. A man was killed as a result of the Russian strike," he says.

In addition, a 50-year-old man was hospitalized.

"A 75-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction," notes Syniehubov.

Russian shelling in Kharkiv region

Russian troops are constantly shelling the Kharkiv region, in particular the Izium district. During the Russian invasion, the village of Borova was temporarily occupied by the Russian invaders, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces regained control of the village during the offensive in the Kharkiv region.

At the same time, the Russian Federation has continued to shell the village since then. For example, in March, the Russian occupiers shelled Borova. A 12-year-old child was killed by a Russian attack. Earlier, a man was killed in the Russian shelling of the village, and three children were among the wounded.
