BBC Gardeners’ World star heads out on the road to reflect on nature, gardening and life

The award-winning gardener and BBC Gardeners’ World presenter Adam Frost is leaving the garden and heading back out on tour.

Adam Frost

He will be sharing amusing anecdotes and poignant reflections on nature, gardening and life at an evening at the Corn Exchange this autumn. Tickets go on sale to members today (Thursday).

In September 2021, the garden designer and horticulturist known for his successes at the Chelsea Flower Show found himself grappling with the mental scars of the pandemic - but he found that reconnecting with nature helped him navigate through and will discuss the importance gardening has on his wellbeing and recovery.

Unearthing the inspiration he’s found through a life in the garden, the plants that have shaped his life and the people he’s met along the way, Adam will share previously untold stories of how his passion for plants has taken him around the world – from curating a garden in Japan during a monsoon, to meeting heroes.

Adam Frost comes to Newbury on Wednesday, October 22, 7.30pm. Visit https://cornexchangenew.com/ for ticket information.
