On the temporarily occupied territories in the south, Russian occupants are threatening to expel Ukrainians through the checkpoint in Vasylivka if they do not obtain a Russian passport, according to the Center of National Resistance.

"On the occupied lands, there are people who, despite the occupation, cannot leave their homes for various reasons. It is these people who are being forcibly passported by the Russians as part of their imperial policy," the statement says.

At the same time, the Center of National Resistance notes that so far, the Russian occupiers have not been able to issue passports to the majority of the population and have resorted to threats.

It is known that during the latest raids in the south, residents were threatened with expulsion through the checkpoint to Ukraine and confiscation of their property.

"The occupiers have repeatedly used this practice before. Local residents are demonstratively taken to the checkpoint and deported from their native land," reports the Center of National Resistance.

Situation in the occupied territories

It is worth noting that residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine often suffer physical violence at the hands of the "heroes" of the so-called Special Military Operation (SMO) in clinics, as the occupiers receive priority service in such institutions.

Ukrainians from the temporarily occupied territories who have moved to Russia are being asked to record videos in support of the so-called SMO to avoid problems.

Additionally, utility tariffs in the temporarily occupied territories are being raised to accelerate the passport issuance process.
