A person was taken to hospital after collapsing near public toilets.
Emergency crews were called to the block in Canterbury Lane in Canterbury just after 5pm yesterday.
Police and paramedics were spotted at the scene alongside an operational commander vehicle.
Crews assessed and treated one person at the scene before taking them to the QEQM hospital in Margate for further medical treatment.
