Noni Madueke reacts on social media to Chelsea’s latest transfer activity

Chelsea’s transfer window so far has been an up and down story which has included a number of targets heading elsewhere.

The most high-profile one was Michael Olise, who it was believed was the priority for the Blues to sign this summer.

However, he now looks set to make a move to Bayern Munich, potentially opening up a great opportunity for one of their current players to make his mark instead.

Noni Madueke ended the season in an extremely positive light under Mauricio Pochettino, and will no doubt be thinking that he deserves the opportunity to shine under new manager Enzo Maresca.

The Blues have no doubt needed to add to their squad if they are looking to compete at a higher level, and they have begun this with the addition of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

Madueke delighted at Dewsbury-Hall signing

The new boss has plenty of experience working with the midfielder, and will no doubt be excited about what is to come with him in the squad.

Another figure who seems to feel that way is Madueke. He shared the announcement on his Instagram story alongside the caption “Let’s get it bro.”

Dewsbury-Hall is no doubt going to face serious competition to nail down a place in the midfield at Stamford Bridge next season.

Competition for places at Chelsea

Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo are almost certain to start the campaign together in the middle of the park, with the new boss reportedly already having a plan in place to get the best out of the former.

There will also hopefully be a fully fit Romeo Lavia to content with too, after he was able to feature just once in his debut campaign at the club.

It has been claimed that there are some at the club who are confident that they can see the best of the youngster under Maresca, with the options looking fruitful in the middle of the park for next season.
