That product is their pack of "Unglazed Stones," retailing at 650 JPY (incl. tax). They come in a resealable bag, and each pack contains 10 stones.
In the picture, the light gives the stones a pink tinge, but they are in fact pure white. When touched, they leave a light powder on your fingers - think of it as something akin to chalk.
The stones are placed on top of porcelain or any other type of tray, and then essential or scented oils are added to them. The oils then seep into the stone and release the fragrance, so there is no need for fire or electricity, one selling point of this product. While the cost is slightly on the pricier end at 650 JPY, once the scent weakens, you can add more oil and repeat the process to get the most out of each stone.

I had a small amount of leftover rose fragrance oil in my house, so I tried pouring a few drops onto the stones. The oil seeped into the stones and immediately began filling the room with its fragrance.
