Forty-two years ago, in a galaxy far, far away, an iconic story started. This year, this story will end with Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker,and we finally have the final trailer, along with some important revelations about the last part of the Skywalker saga. So, in case you missed them, here are five key revelations of how this iconic story could end.

1. One legendary villain might be back

It seems that one of the most emblematic villains of the Star Wars universe will be back, and that is the mighty Emperor Sheev Palpatine. The trailer isn’t that clear on whether he’s only a ghost of the Force, or if he has been alive all this time, but there’s one thing for sure: he’s back.

2. The biggest battle is near

We might be able to see the biggest battle of the entire universe. It could even be the biggest the Resistance or the Rebels have seen so far.

3. The Millennium Falcon

The great Lando Calrissian is in charge of the Millennium Falcon once again, so there’s more than one connection to the original saga.

4. Epic fight

We will finally be seeing the epic fight between Rey and Kylo Ren, and it promises to be epic!

5. Emotional farewell

As we know, the great Carrie Fisher has passed away, leaving a hole in the saga’s heart. However, it’s not all lost and, as the trailer shows, we’ll see a bit more of our beloved Leia once again. It will surely be one of the most emotional moments of the film.
