'Borderlands 3's upcoming DLC takes place in a Psycho's mind!

'Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck' will be the game's fourth expansion, and it involves the player going inside Krieg's mind!

Krieg has featured in the franchise before: he's from the 'Borderlands 2' DLC 'Psycho'.

Krieg and the other psychos have apparently all been driven mad by the knowledge of the legendary place Vaulthalla, and you have to literally go inside Krieg's mind to figure out what this is.

The description from developer Gearbox Software explains that while you're there you have to "process his traumatic memories by blasting his inner demons to bits, and try not to succumb to lunacy inside Krieg's fractured mindscapes."

The DLC is set to be released on September 10th, unless you have the game's season pass you will have to buy the DLC separately.
