'Fall Guys' will soon use the same Anti-Cheating tool as 'Fortnite'

'Fall Guys' will soon use the same Anti-Cheating tool as 'Fortnite'.

The platformer battle royale has been a huge hit since it was released in August: however, one issue with the game is that people quickly learned how to cheat.

Some gamers figured out how to trigger glitches (such as clipping into walls, running faster than the game is supposed to allow you, and floating) in order to win matches, even though it's unfair to other players.

Developer Mediatonic previously told Gamespot that they "are working as quickly as we can to address this issue in the game. Cheating and other hacks to boost performance take away from the enjoyment of everyone and we are actively working to address this now."

Now it has been revealed that soon they will bring in a new Anti-Cheating tool. A post on the game's Twitter account announced that the title will "have a BIG update in the next couple of weeks that adds the same anti-cheat used by games such as Fortnite".
