Filming finally ended on the long-anticipated series finale of Supernatural Thursday, and social media has been flooding with love for the show from its cast, crew and fans alike.
The Supernatural actors were the most vocal of the team on social media, and posted heartfelt notes and images from the show and their final day on set. Misha Collins, Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles and Mark Sheppard, who played Castiel, Sam Winchester, Dean Winchester and Crowley respectively, were all among those who posted to show their gratitude.
Eric Kripke, creator of the Supernatural series, and Jim Michaels, the show’s co-executive producer, also took to social media to show their love.
