Minecraft Dungeons receiving a free cross-play update

Minecraft Dungeons is receiving a free cross-play update in November.

As part of its Minecraft Live Event, Mojang Studios have announced that cross-play support will be coming to the game in November, bringing together the Xbox, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC player bases.

As well as that news, the game will be also getting a new paid DLC expansion called ‘Howling Peaks’ which is set for release in December and introduces a new boss called the Tempest Golem.

Alongside the ‘Howling Peaks’ DLC, there will be an additional free update to the game called ‘Apocalypse Plus’, which will add 20 difficulty options, increasing the characters’ power ceiling and adding new enchantments and items.
