Ashley Graham gets night terrors

Ashley Graham gets "night terrors" when she's away from her son.

The model struggles with being apart from her eight-month-old son Isaac, after she's put him to bed and is always "hunting" for her child in her sleep.

In an upcoming episode of Jada Pinkett Smith's Red Table Talk, she said usually in the hours between 12:30 and about 4 o'clock in the morning, she has what her husband calls night terrors.

She explained in her sleep she is hunting for her child and will look for him under the bed and will flip her husband upside down and will turn lights on.

However, what Ashley is going through is perfectly normal.

Clinical psychologist Dr. Ramani Durvasula told the star her body is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do and explained for the first one to two years after you have a baby your cortisol levels are higher and this makes new mothers more alert, especially in the middle of the night.
