Rockstar Games purchases ‘Crackdown 2’ developer.

It has been reported by The Gamer and Video Games Chronicle that the video game publisher behind the ‘Grand Theft Auto’ and ‘Red Dead Redemption’ franchise has bought Ruffian Games.

Ruffian Games is a video game developer, who have worked on games such as ‘Crackdown 2’ and ‘Halo: The Master Chief Collection’.

According to reports, the company has now been rebranded as Rockstar Dundee.

A Company House Listing has revealed that Take-Two (Rockstar’s parent company) is currently named as “a person with significant control” over Rockstar Dundee.
