Quantic Dream are considering enhancing their games for the PS5

The studio’s last big release was ‘Detroit: Become Human’, which was released in 2018.

Now the company’s founder David Cage has discussed the possibility of a new game, but it seems it may be a while until a new Quantic Dream title will be released.

Cage told wccftech: “Writing takes time, we always develop new tech and engines and we always seek to challenge ourselves and try new ideas. We know that our fans have high expectations regarding our titles, they want high visual quality, immersive and branching stories and strong emotions - things that are difficult to industrialize.”

Since Sony’s next-gen console, the PlayStation 5, is being released soon, Cage has revealed that they are considering enhancing Quantic’s previous games for the PS5, but they are “fully focused on the future”.

Cage added: “The studio is fully focused on the future and our current projects in development. Enhancing our titles for PlayStation 5 is a possibility that we currently consider.”
