CoD: How To Watch & Play In Twitch Rivals $250K Warzone Tournament

Twitch will be giving you the opportunity to participate in their newest Twitch Rivals Warzone tournament this December.

Warzone competitions have been at the forefront of Twitch ever since its release. However, most of them only allow entries from the top 1%. Twitch is changing this, with their latest $250K Warzone tournament allowing Twitch partners and affiliates to join. Here’s everything you need to know about the Twitch Rivals Doritos Bowl.

Format

Being an open tournament, a drastically different approach will be taken to the format of this event. December 3 will see an open qualifier, with trios dropping into Verdansk, trying to get their highest kills within a certain time period.

However, following this qualifier, 49 Trios will enter the first Show Day on Dec. 8. This will see the teams play in five private Warzone lobbies, earning points for kills and placement. The top 24 teams from the first Show Day will advance to the second on Dec. 16, where they will play private matches yet again, searching for their piece of the $250K prize pool, with the winner taking home a nice $45K for their troubles.
