Google has confirmed Chromecast will launch on Apple TV early next year.
The company has announced plans for its new streaming dongle, which will get an update allowing users to watch Apple TV Plus shows and films.
In a blog post, Jonathan Zepp wrote: "As a quick follow-up to welcoming Apple Music to Google smart speakers and displays, we’ll be bringing more of your favourite entertainment into one place with the launch of the Apple TV app on the all-new Chromecast with Google TV.
Meanwhile, users will also be able to see Apple TV Plus recommendations and save items to their Watchlist.
