Xbox boss Phil Spencer has stated that Microsoft is building more Xbox Series X and Series S consoles as fast as they can.
Whilst speaking on Major Nelson’s podcast, Spencer explained that he gets questions like, “why didn’t you build more? Why didn’t you start earlier?” and “Why didn’t you ship them earlier?” and insists that it’s “really down to physics and engineering”.
He goes onto state that they’re not holding them back, they are building them as fast as they can and have all the assembly lines going. Spencer also adds that he was on the phone to Lisa Su at AMD asking, “how do we get more?” and says it’s something they’re “constantly working on”.
