Apple's next iPhone is reportedly set to have a 120Hz, always-on display.
The upcoming iPhone 13 is lined up to include a sharper, more helpful display alongside a smoother refresh rate and new camera features.
According to Max Weinbach on the EveryApplePro YouTube channel, the device will have an always-on OLED screen.
In a similar vein to current Android phones, the feature has been described as a "toned down lock screen" with minimal customisation options.
It's said the clock and battery charge will always be visible, with notifications temporarily appearing as they arrive.
This would be possible with OLED, as the handset can send power to just the pixels needed for this information, rather than lighting up the entire screen, as is necessary under the current LCD technology.
In terms of camera upgrades, Weinbach reports taht Portrait mode - which blurs the background when taking still photos - will be available for videos.
There is also set to be a dedicated mode for astrophotography, to help people take photos of the stars.
Apple is yet to confirm these details.
